I'm going to a wedding for two awesome church folks this evening.  It'll be pretty sweet.  I bought them a crème brûlée torch as a wedding present, about which I'm sort of excited.  How often do you have the opportunity to buy someone a crème brûlée torch?  They also had a mortar and pestle on their gift registry, but someone had already purchased that.  Rare that you get the chance to buy someone one of those, either.
